Dynamic Warm-Up Routine, Move and Tone Your Body with Energetic Exercises

In this video, we are at Steyne Park in Double Bay, Sydney, guiding you through a warm-up routine. Start by lunging from side to side, working the arms and torso gently. Focus on controlled movements to wake up your body slowly. Engage your large leg muscles and stretch your sides by lengthening your arms. Keep your legs wide and concentrate on isolating the lower body while moving the upper body. Pick up the tempo with leg movements and arm swings, maintaining good posture.
